                振動(dòng)給料機的安裝

                振動(dòng)料機的選配考慮到生產(chǎn)的不均衡性,振動(dòng)給料機給料能力應大于生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設計生產(chǎn)能力,留20%左右的余量。盡量配置調速電機且電機功率留有余量。

                振動(dòng)給料機的安裝

                1)安裝傾角:視工況而定,盡量加大安裝傾角,使給礦機后部抬高,可減少功率消耗,提高處理能力。

                2)電動(dòng)機底座:振動(dòng)電機安裝時(shí),給礦機箱體上下振動(dòng)給料機振動(dòng)過(guò)程中,同時(shí)電動(dòng)輸出端軸承受到交變載荷。特別容易損壞。通過(guò)電動(dòng)機自重使三角帶漲緊度保持基本恒定。

                3)縱向阻尼彈簧:為防止振動(dòng)給料機使用過(guò)程中箱體前傾,可在振動(dòng)給料機尾部加設接緊彈簧或在振動(dòng)給料機頭部加設壓簧,可按現場(chǎng)條件靈活設置。
